Raunaq Fasteners Pvt. Ltd. delivers precision sheet metal forming for automotive and industrial applications where dimensional control, process repeatability, and production stability are critical. Our sheet metal operations are structured to support long-term serial programs with consistent quality and predictable output. We manufacture a wide range of sheet metal press components including brackets, reinforcements, mounting plates, clamps, housings, and application-specific formed parts. Manufacturing is carried out using controlled blanking, piercing, bending, and forming processes on presses up to tons, supporting material thicknesses from 0.50 mm to 4.0 mm. To meet assembly-ready requirements, we provide integrated MIG welding, spot welding, and butt welding, enabling delivery of welded sub-assemblies suitable for direct production line feeding. Tooling design, die maintenance, and process parameters are managed to ensure stable geometry and minimal variation over production life cycles. Quality assurance is embedded into the process through defined inspection stages, dimensional verification, edge condition checks, and weld integrity assessment.
